Cancellation Policy

Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another participant access to that appointment time. Recurrent, numerous, and excessive cancellations may result in a forfeiture of online booking privilege's. GS Performance, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, at the sole discretion of the company, at any time. 

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life is dynamic and schedules can change. If you cannot make an appointment, and would like to reschedule, please inform us at least two (2) business days prior to your appointment. Our appointments are in high demand, so we cannot guarantee that your preferred time or trainer will be available, however we will do our best to accommodate you. Appointment Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other participants. In order to be respectful of your fellow shooting enthusiasts, please call us at (615) 682-6565 or email us at rangetimenash@glockstore.com or rangetimesd@glockstore.com. as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is when a participant misses an appointment without cancelling. Multiple no-shows will result in forfeiture of online booking privileges'. If you cannot make your appointment, or need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at (615) 682-6565 or email us at rangetimenash@glockstore.com between the hours of 9:00am-7:00pm Monday-Saturday. 

Multiple Cancellations/No-Shows

We understand that sometimes things happen that are outside of your control, because of that we have come up with a very lenient cancellation policy. However, if you have 3 no shows, you will forfeit your online booking privileges, and any future appointments will need to be made in the store. GS Performance, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, at the sole discretion of the company. 

Failure to Comply with Safety Policies

We take firearm safety very seriously. Failure to follow the GS Performance Safety Rules will result in immediate expulsion and suspension, without a refund. Failure to comply with these safety policies may also result in the cancellation of future appointments. Trainer Availability Policy

While highly unlikely, there are rare occasions that the trainer you reserved a time with is not available to conduct your training. In this unlikely event, another trainer will be assigned to you. If possible, we will make every effort to reach out to you in advance to inform you of the change.
